In thirty minutes we’ll focus on:

At this point, my clients say that they can finally get over that brick wall they’ve been hitting for so long.

I don’t use a curriculum. Our consultation call guides me to select specific assessments to administer and learn more about your leadership style. Specifically, these identify areas of strength to build on, and weakness to scaffold.
Our next step is meeting to review these assessments as an aid to set short and long term goals. These goals serve as the blueprint to our work together. We’ll meet weekly and use real-life situations, assigned readings, and behavior experiments to effect change.
